At Urteia, it is possible to sleep in five comfortable rooms. Only a few minutes from Piacenza, guests can relax in the peaceful countryside, surrounded by the wonderful landscapes of the Val Trebbia hills. The pampering further continues in the morning when guests are treated to a rich breakfast with seasonal fruits, tarts, biscuits, home-made bread with  butter and home-made jam, hot beverages, fruit juices; and many delicacies also for those with a taste for the savoury such as ham, cheese and eggs. Only the best for those who want to go exploring the nearby hills and the joys of this area. Guests can have a walk along the blooming flowerbeds around the farmhouse, enjoying the scent of the rose gardens and aromatic herbs. Following the path alongside the farm, the Parco Fluviale del Trebbia is only a 5 minutes walk away where it is possible to admire the wild fauna and flora in their natural habitat. This makes our agritourism the ideal destination for those wishing to go cycling before, or after, a good sleep.

Reachable by foot there are the river Trebbia, the center of our village, the churches, the school, a tennis court, a stadium, a water park, some castles. Many paths lead trough country surround, to arrive at medieval village and brethtaking hills.

All this makes L’Urteia farmhouse the perfect stop not only for tourists, but also for business travelers such as sales agents, professionals, businesspeople and teachers.

On the first floor of the old barn, guests can find accommodation in 4 rooms, 2 standard and 2 superior, which are about 25 square metres wide: they are simple but charming, with terracotta ceilings and exposed wooden beams. Every room has a double bed, and there is even space for an extra single bed or a baby crib.

The first superior room is in a favourable position: it includes a balcony where guests can read a book in the shade of our majestic Asian Persimmon tree or enjoy the gentle breeze in the summer evenings.

Older children can sleep in a comfortable double bed on a mezzanine; the standard rooms include a loft in view over the parents’ bedroom. The superior bedrooms have a fireplace in front of which to warm oneself rendering the winter night more romantic.

The basic room is on the ground floor, it includes a bathroom for people with disabilities and it hosts up to three guests. It can be a comfortable double bedroom for single use, a double bedroom with separate beds or a double bed, or a triple room.

The furniture is rustic and plain but at the same time practical, just like the genuine personality of the Maschi family.  

All rooms include air conditioning, a mini-bar, smartTV, an independent heating system, en suite bathrooms with shower, free Wi-Fi connection and hairdryers. 

L’Urteia agritourism is equipped with ample outdoor private parking for cars and buses, 11 kW E-charge station for electric vehicles, a 170 ms fenced dog area.

The outside area, which serves as an entrance to the rooms, is well illuminated throughout the night.
